How quickly will I get a response to my Insight query?
BLS aims to respond to all Insight queries within three business days (72 hours), ensuring you get timely expert support when you need it most.
Are Insights limited to the product I originally submitted?
Yes. Insight credits are intended for follow-up questions about the product assessed during your original engagement. This ensures focused, relevant support.
